Prices quoted are at branches in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, they may vary in Cumbria. All rates include unlimited mileage, vehicle insurance, RAC cover and VAT. Daily rate is for 1 to 6 days. Weekly rate is for 7 to 28 days. Please call for any other rate. Security deposit required starting from £100. A £50 booking deposit is required for minibuses, which is non-refundable but deducted from the total payable. Moonlighter is from either 9am to 1pm; or 1.30pm to 5.30pm; or 6pm to 8.30am; where available. Category D1 required on driving license for 15-seat minibus. Insurance Conditions 1. Drivers to be between 22 and 70 years of age (aged 70+ authorisation is required from our insurance company, there will usually be an additional excess charge of £5 per day). Minimum age for rental is 22 2. Driving licence must have been held for a minimum of 24 months. 3. Drivers must not have been prosecuted for a motoring offence, excluding parking and speeding, within the last 11 years. 4. Driver not to have been involved in an accident with cost in excess of £3000.00 or had 2 accidents within 36 calendar months. 5. The renter is liable for the insurance excess in the result of any damage, however caused. 6. GK Ford Rent-a-car allow their vehicles to be taken out of the country, but only with written consent, there will be an additional surcharge. 7.
